Our Vision for the Future: Responsibility and a Sustainable Approach
At ZLKL, we believe that a truly successful company must look beyond its own profits. We take pride in contributing to sustainable development, promoting a healthy lifestyle, and protecting nature.
Supporting Sports from the Earliest Age
We believe that sports shape not only the body but also the mind and character. That’s why we actively support sports activities for children and young people, helping them develop teamwork, fair play, and perseverance. We collaborate with football players, tennis players, and chess players in our region. Supporting athletes is an investment in the future-both theirs and that of our company.
Kickstarting Careers During Education
We have long-standing partnerships with schools. Now, we are taking it a step further by offering students the opportunity to test their skills in real-world work scenarios. Together with us, they can go through a mock recruitment process, which includes general knowledge and Excel proficiency tests, typing skills assessments, and even an interview with an actual HR professional.
Using Modern Technology to Protect Nature
We recognize that protecting the environment is more urgent today than ever before. We want to be part of the solution and minimize the negative impact of modern society. That’s why we invest in advanced technologies that help reduce our ecological footprint. Whether through more efficient production processes, the use of renewable energy sources, or waste minimization and effective recycling, every step counts.
We strive to use natural resources efficiently. We install solar panels on the roofs of our office buildings and production halls, and we are planning to develop solar-covered parking areas. We also make use of waste heat from production, practice water conservation, and use greywater systems. Additionally, we aim to reduce heat loss by keeping heated spaces closed and using special air curtains in our halls to maintain warmth in winter and coolness in summer.
