Quality Control
We use a wide range of modern equipment for the qualitative measurement of our products, including 3D measuring equipment by ZEISS. Based on the specific requirements of our customers, we modify the documentation according to VDA or AIAG standards.
We offer quality control services depending on product complexity, critical dimensions and customer requirements. We use the Czech PALSTAT software for statistical process control and project documentation management.
We use two independent 3D measuring laboratories equipped with ZEISS Prismo, ZEISS Accura, ZEISS Duramax, and a 3D scanner ATOS 5 with GOM software. We also work with Keyence profile projector, VICI Vision optical measuring device, MITUTOYO laboratory contour and roughness meters and last but not least MAHR digital altimeters.
We have certifications for all quality measurements:
- QMS Standards – ISO 9001:2016,
- Environment – ISO 14001:2016,
- Occupational Safety – ISO 45001:2018,
- Quality in the Automotive Industry – IATF 16949.
